OneWorld recognizes that information supplied by the client may not be in the public domain, or may be of a sensitive nature, and therefore we undertake to keep all such information strictly confidential. To ensure the client has total confidence in our services, all OneWorld employees sign our comprehensive in-house confidentiality agreement.

All personal and company contact information supplied to OneWorld by the client is held securely and is used purely for the purposes of communicating with the client. We respect the privacy of the client and never make mailing information available to third parties.

All our transcription work is undertaken using the most stringent security measures. OneWorld deletes all electronic data and shreds all documents relating to a project within one week of the invoice being issued for a project.

Any audio discs or cassettes provided by the client will be erased or returned at the client's request.

We provide a maximum-security file upload facility comprising 128-bit SSL data transfer. This ensures that no third-party can intercept and reconstruct any data being sent between the client and OneWorld. All file transfer activity is tracked and a full history of file movements can be accessed by us at any time.
