• Language preferences - Choose to have your transcript written in American or British English; alternatively have your transcript translated into another language.
• Document format - In addition to receiving your transcript in the form of a standard Word document, choose to have it delivered as plain text, HTML, or a PDF.
• Timestamps - Choose to have timestamps inserted into your transcript for easy location of relevant information.
• Delivery method - In addition to 24-hour a day downloading of your transcript from our client area, choose to have it delivered via e-mail or standard mail as hard copy or on CD.

OneWorld offers standard and express delivery options for clients. For standard delivery, a recording of up to one hour will be delivered the next business day. Add a further business day for every additional hour of recording. You can also use our express service to receive your transcript in half the time!
